Walking into a new gym can feel overwhelming. That's why we make your first experience smooth, personal, and welcoming. Here's what happens when you walk through our doors: 

Before Class:

You'll be greeted by one of our friendly coaches who will learn your goals, walk you through the day's workout & introduce you to others.
 

During Class:

You'll move to the blue track to watch your coach demo the day's workout movements. You'll move to the black to begin the TV-lead warmup. The coach will assign you your starting station. Your coach will be with you every step of the way...modifying movements if needed & motivating you to give your best! 

After Class:

The coach may lead a fun finisher! Then cool down, stretch, and hydrate. Ask questions. Connect with the community! We promise you'll leave feeling better than when you walked in.

At F45 Mt Juliet, every workout is designed to get you results...FAST. No guesswork. No fluff. Just structured, high intensity training with a big focus on strength that's tailored to all fitness levels.
The Weekly Formula:
We rotate workouts daily to keep your body guessing & your mind engaged. 

Mondays - Cardio/Hybrid: Push your pace, burn fat fast, and challenge your endurance.

Tuesdays - Strength: Build lean muscle, improve core strength, focus on heavier weights.

Wednesdays - Cardio: High-energy, sweat-dripping sessions to dial up your fat burning.

Thursdays - Strength: Focused, personalized lifting that gets you strong from the inside out.

Fridays - Hybrid: A full-body workout to rev your heart rate and challenge your muscles.

Saturdays - 1-Hour Hybrid: The ultimate challenge! Speed, power, and strength in one! 

Sundays - Strength: Finish the week strong and clear your head for the next.
