Walking into a new gym can feel overwhelming. That's why we make your first experience smooth, personal, and welcoming. Here's what happens when you walk through our doors:
Before Class:
You'll be greeted by one of our friendly coaches who will learn your goals, walk you through the day's workout & introduce you to others.
During Class:
You'll move to the blue track to watch your coach demo the day's workout movements. You'll move to the black to begin the TV-lead warmup. The coach will assign you your starting station. Your coach will be with you every step of the way...modifying movements if needed & motivating you to give your best!
After Class:
The coach may lead a fun finisher! Then cool down, stretch, and hydrate. Ask questions. Connect with the community! We promise you'll leave feeling better than when you walked in.
